“BURNING POINTS”,  2022

Art installation for an exhibition at Svenskt Tenn in collaboration with the Beijer Institute and Beckmans College of Design.

The Beijer Institute is a research institute with close ties to the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. The purpose of this exhibition — Feedback Loops — was to interpret the institute’s research on the connections between economic equality, social sustainability and climate research.

My installation Burning Points refers to these very focal points between the different research disciplines; to depict how fragile a complex climate system is, with its many different parameters which interact with each other. The renderings of water caustics poetically illustrate these complex interactions.

Displayed at exihibition “Feedback Loops” at Svenskt Tenn, Stockholm. Curated by Thommy Bindefeld.
